Project Description

!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a 9 shot percussion pepperbox revolver made by Charlie Williams of Bonsai Gun Works, probably about 20 years ago.  2 11/16″ long overall with a 1 3/16″ long barrel group including the exposed nipples.  Nickel plated frame & grip straps.  The barrel group is black blued.  The hammer, trigger, rotating recoil shield, and screws are bright fire “blue” blue.  Two piece nicely figured walnut grips with a satin oil finish, brass escutcheons, and a single screw entering from the right side.  The barrel group is hand indexed, and the barrels held in line with the hammer by a spring loaded ball in the frame beneath the rear of the cylinder which fits into the corresponding indexing detente holes in the barrel group.  The hammer has full cock only.  There is a rotating recoil shield type safety that blocks the hammer from hitting the nipples, which is knurled on it’s outer perimeter to ease rotation.  Checkered hammer spur.  Mint condition showing only the most minor signs of handling, I’d call it 99+%.  I believe this is the first one of these I have ever been able to offer for sale.  Stock # TP-48.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
