Project Description
!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/3 scale Manhattan percussion six shot revolver made by Carl Pawson in Lancashire, England. 4 1/4″ long overall with a 2 1/16″ octagon barrel of .146 caliber. The barrel is not bored through which is typical for English miniature makers. Bright fire blue finish except for the loading lever, rammer, and trigger which are in the white. Yellow brass triggerguard, backstrap, and pin type front sight. No markings. Two piece walnut grips with yellow brass escutcheons and a single screw entering from the left side. The action works perfectly, correctly indexing the cylinder, but the hammer does not have a half cock, only full cock, may have been this way on the full size Manhattan. Complete with the original walnut hinged top casing with folding latch. The interior lined in red felt. Beautiful condition with only some minor scratches on the hammer where it enters the frame. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
