This is a 2mm pinfire rifle & pistol set made by noted miniature maker Bob Urso of Washington state, author of the ultimate reference on Berloque and 2mm pinfire miniatures, The Tiniest Guns. He calls these models the Xpert Derringer and the Xpert Bicycle Rifle. Description from Bob’s website, used with permission. “1-3/8” OAL. Except for the fact that this is a pinfire rather than a rimfire, this is a pretty faithful miniature of the Hopkins & Allen, Xpert Derringer. The full size Xpert had a production run of less than 3000 guns. It has a fixed barrel, with a unique flat sided , swing out breech plate, The Xpert is also available in the “Bicycle Rifle” version, with a long barrel, and a screw on metal stock. OAL with the stock attached is 5″ The grips are rosewood. Serial numbers 15 & 16. Includes a walnut glass top case with maroon cloth lining. These are no longer in production.
