Art Holly 1/2 Scale Kentucky Flintlock Pistol, #1

This is a 1/2 scale Kentucky flintlock pistol made by Art Holly.  6 3/4″ long overall with a 4 3/16″ part octagon part round rifled barrel of .22 caliber.  Browned barrel & rear sight.  The lock assembly finished in the white.  The hammers with both half & full cock.  The lockplate engraved in script “AH”.  The top of the barrel engraved “A. Holly” in script.  Brass furniture.  There are eleven engraved silver inlays, one at the rear of the barrel tang, two on each side of the grip, one at the top of the grip, two on the sides of the grip, one at the back of the grip, one on each side of the fore end just ahead of the lock & sideplate, and one on each side near the muzzle.  The sideplate & triggerguard nicely but modestly engraved.  One piece beautifully figured stock.  Full length wood ramrod with a brass tip.  Excellent near mint condition.  Stock # CK-125.  Price:  $1,500.00.
