!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is an antique full scale French Delvigne derringer in 5mm pinfire. 3 5/8″ long overall with a 1 29/32″ barrel of about .216 caliber. The barrel rotates to the left to load, and has a cannon barrel swell at the muzzle. The bore is rifled, but is dark & badly pitted. Mechanically excellent, the hammer with both full and half cock. Checkered hammer spur. No visible markings. The steel parts are a mottled gray with scattered pitting. The two piece grips with a single screw entering from the left side are made of a simulated turtle shell Bakelite, with several hairline cracks on the right grip.
