!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a full scale, but very small, single shot percussion pistol cased set by an unknown maker.  These small type pistols were carried by ladies in their muffs and garters, and by gentlemen on watch chains in their vest pockets.  3 1/2″ long overall with a 1 1/8″ tapered octagon smoothbore barrel.  Blue finish with one piece ivory grip.  The sides of the frame modestly & skillfully floral engraved.  The unguarded trigger features an integral loop for attaching to a watch chain or maybe a necklace.  Accessories include a three piece ivory powder flask, an ivory handled screwdriver, a steel ramrod with serrated knob, a spare nipple, 5 percussion caps, and 10 heavily oxidized lead balls.  All the above in an oak hinged top case with push button latch.  The case interior lined in a faded felt that is really impossible to tell what the original color was, maybe blue or purple.  The interior lining showing some wear & staining.  The interior bottom English fit.  The case exterior bottom lined with orange paper.  The case exterior in really nice condition considering it’s age.  The pistol shows about 85% thinning original blue finish.  The ivory grip showing some nice grain and aged color, especially on the right side.  There is a very small 1/16″ crack in the grip on the left side.  The powder flask & screwdriver handle are both mint, & likewise show a nice grain & aged patina, the screwdriver blade showing 95% strong original blue.  The  ramrod is finished in the white.  A really nice & complete antique pistol set with ivory grip & accessories, in very nice condition.  Price:  $1,850.00.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
