!!!!!SOLD!!!!! This is a 1/2 scale Armalite M-16 A1 battle rifle made by American Miniature Arms, Inc. I sold a bunch of these 5 – 6 years ago, & this is only the second one I’ve received back on the secondary market. 19 1/2″ long overall with a 10 7/8″ barrel. The upper & lower receivers, front sight, and several smaller parts are cast aluminum. Some of the smaller parts, including the interior parts, are machined steel. Black plastic two piece forearm, pistol grip, and buttstock. Black hard rubber buttpad. This piece is fully functional, but non-firing. The left side of the magazine well marked “AMERICAN MINIATURE ARMS, INC. WINDSOR, VT.” in four lines. The right side of the magazine well marked with “AMA” in an oval, M16A1 CAL 5.56MM 1021″ in four lines. The lower receiver marked “SEMI” & “AUTO” where the selector would point to them. Flip adjustable rear sight. Includes the black nylon sling. These miniatures are good for the price point, but the castings are a little porous. With just a little more effort these could have been really great, but then they would cost $2,500.00! !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
