!!!!!SOLD!!!!!  This is a pair of 1/4 scale Colt “Bisley” single action revolvers with 5 1/2″ barrels made my Isaias Aguilar of Corpus Christi, Texas.  2 7/8″ long overall with 1 11/32″ round barrels of .100 caliber.  Smokeless powder frames.  Nickel plated.  These were made to be fully functional.  They have both half & full cock on the hammers., but they do not index consistently, I think the hand springs may be weak.  Two piece ivory grips with brass escutcheons and a single screw entering from the left side.  This is the only pair of 1/4 scale Colt Bisley Model revolvers I have ever seen.  Mr. Aguilar also made a pair in 1/2 scale.  Mr. Aguilar at one time worked for Tom P. Weston in Mexico City as one of his craftsmen.  In his later years he moved to Corpus Christi to live with his daughter.  For several years he made miniatures there and sold most of them to Joel Morrow.  These revolvers are very finely made, beautifully finished, & in excellent near mint condition.  From the personal miniature collection of Joel Morrow.  Stock #’s JM-56 & JM-57.  !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
