Project Description
!!!!!SOLD!!!!! It’s not a miniature, but it is the worlds smallest commercially made semi automatic pistol, and lots of miniature collectors collect these, or at least want one example for their collections. The Kolibri 2.7 mm centerfire semi-automatic pistols were patented in 1910 and made by Franz Pfannl in Germany from about 1914 until just post WW1. 2 5/8″ long overall with a 1 1/4″ barrel of about .108 caliber. Steel construction with two piece black plastic grips. The grips held in place by a single screw on each side with no escutcheons. Rust blue “blue” finish. The grips are excellent with no cracks or chips. Unlike many of these pistols, this one has absolutely no mechanical issues, everything works as it should. The barrel, trigger, and magazine are all stamped with the number “15”. This is one of the finest 2.7mm Kolibri pistols I have ever seen with easily over 95% of the original bright blue finish intact. One original 2.7mm Kolibri center fire cartridge is also included. This little pistol is a firearm, and all FFL rules apply. !!!!!SOLD!!!!!
