1/2 Scale Krieghoff K-80 “Trap Combo” Shotgun Two Barrel Set With Over/Under Skeet Barrels And a Single Barrel Trap Barrel, Made By Perugini & Visini In Italy, Engraved & Gold Inlaid By Carlo Pasotti, Cased

This is a beautiful 1/2 scale Krieghoff K-80 “Trap Combo” shotgun two barrel set.  It includes an over/under skeet barrel and a single barrel trap barrel.  Although not marked or signed, it was made by Perugini & Visini in Italy about 25 – 30 years ago.  I knew Carlo Passoti, & remember when these were made & brought  into the US by Sandro Lucchini for  Imperial Miniature Army when I worked there.  Sandro was my roommate at several Safari Club International shows in Reno in the old days, & we became close friends.  23 3/4″ long overall with 14″ skeet barrels installed.  25 5/8″ long overall with the 17 1/16″ trap barrel installed.  The trap barrel has an elevation adjustable front sight.  The single selective trigger, selective ejectors are not functional.  There are no firing pins, & it looks like the firing pin holes in the receiver have been welded closed.  Beautifully belino bank note engraved & gold inlaid in western stage coach, steam locomotive, cowboy, Indian & horse scenes by Carlo Pasotti, & signed by him on the bottom left side of the frame.  The right side of the receiver with a gold inlaid stage coach scene, the left side of the receiver with a gold inlaid steam locomotive train & horse mounted Indians, The bottom of the receiver gold inlaid with an Indian Chief, & the top of the barrel latch gold inlaid with an Indian brave.  Not to mention the various gold wire decorative & border inlays.  Gorgeous superbly figured French walnut stock & forearm with perfectly executed extremely fine checkering.  Matted top rib with an orange Ray Bar front sights on both barrels.  The barrels, forearm metal, triggerguard, safety, & forearm release are a high polish blue finish.  The frame, top latch, & barrel release lever are a French gray finish.  The trigger is gold plated.  Black rubber butt pad with a black line spacer.  The bottom of the skeet barrel lug engraved with a”1″, the bottom of the trap barrel engraved with a “2”.  The top tang engraved with a “S” just in front of the safety.  Includes the original brown leather luggage type casing.  Two slide release lockable latches, keys included, and a leather carry handle.  The interior French fit & lined in a dark red felt.  Mint new condition except for a couple small marks to the buttstock where it meets the receiver on the left side and a few scuffs on the case.   An absolutely beautiful miniature that can only truly be appreciated under a magnifying glass!!!  I’ve handled and/or sold a fair number of these miniature Krieghoff & Perazzi shotguns over the years, but this is the first trap combo set I’ve ever seen or heard of with two sets of barrels!   Price:  $12,500.00.
