This is a 47% scale miniature Colt single action army revolver Model of 1873 with 7 1/2 inch barrel made by Uberti in Italy. Also known as the “Peacemaker” and “Frontier Six Shooter”. Fully functional, but non-firing. 6″ long overall with a 3 7/16″ rifled barrel of .21 caliber. Features include blue & case colored finish, black powder frame with the round “Bullseye” ejector rod button, cylinder pin retained by a screw, and the early “Pinched Frame” topstrap. The triggerguard is stamped 45 CAL on the left side just behind the trigger. The frame stamped with the two patent dates on the left side. Serial number 1959 stamped into the frame & trigger guard, 959 is stamped into the backstrap, 59 stamped into the loading gate. The bottom of the barrel roll stamped A. UBERTI – ITALY. Checkered hammer spur. Blue blade type front sight. Dark straight grained one piece walnut grips with an oil finish. Complete with a walnut hinged top casing made by Imperial Miniature Armory, the interior English fit and lined in a russet suede. The outside case dimensions are 7 15/16″ X 4″ X 2″. The lid of the casing laser etched with the Colt logo in an oval and 1873 SINGLE ACTION just above. Accessories included are 24 dummy cartridges with solid brass cases, aluminum bullets, and W-W .45 COLT headstamps. Also includes a 3 piece brass oiler, and the Colt instructions interior lid label.
