Project Description

This is a 47% scale miniature Colt single action army revolver Model of 1873 with 7 1/2 inch barrel made by Uberti in Italy.  Also known as the “Peacemaker” and “Frontier Six Shooter”.  Fully functional, but non-firing.  6″ long overall with a 3 7/16″ rifled barrel of .21 caliber. Features include blue & case colored finish, black powder frame with the round “Bullseye” ejector rod button, cylinder pin retained by a screw, and the early style “Pinched Frame” topstrap. The triggerguard is stamped 45 CAL on the left side just behind the trigger.  The two patent date markings on the left front of the frame.  Early serial number 2444 stamped into the frame & trigger guard.  444 is stamped into the bottom of the  backstrap.  44 is stamped into the loading gate hinge.  The bottom of the barrel with the Uberti marking “A. UBERTI – ITALY”.  Checkered hammer spur.  Blue blade type front sight.  Nicely figured one piece walnut grip with a high gloss finish.  Mint new condition.  Price:  $750.00.
