Project Description

This is a 47% scale miniature Colt Single Action Army revolver model of 1873 with 7 1/2″ barrel. Also known as the “Peacemaker” and the “Frontier six Shooter”. Fully functional, but non-firing. 6 1/8″ long overall with a 3 7/16″ .21 caliber rifled barrel. Made by Uberti in Italy. The top of the barrel laser marked with the proper Colt italics one line barrel address.  The caliber marking 45 CAL is stamped on the left rear side of the triggerguard, two patent dates stamped on the left front of the frame. The serial number BO28 is stamped on the frame, triggerguard, & backstrap.  28 is stamped into the loading gate hinge. Finished in the white. Checkered hammer spur. Nickel silver front sight. Blackpowder frame with round “Bullseye” ejector rod button and the cylinder pin retained by a screw. Nice dark rosewood one piece grip.  Fully functional, but non-firing. Mint condition. These were special ordered from Uberti in the white with no grips to be finished here in U.S., and actually cost more than a finished miniature! None of the parts have been hardened, so they will be easier to engrave. If you’ve ever wanted to build your dream miniature Colt SAA, or exactly copy your full size SAA, here’s the chassis to build it on! I can change the barrel to a 4 3/4″ or a 5 1/2″ on request for an additional $75.00.  Price:  $750.00.
