This is a 1/2 scale U.S. M-1 carbine made by Miniart in Moscow, Russia about 20 years ago. 17 5/8″ long overall with a 8 7/8″ round barrel of about .15 caliber. Gray parkerized steel finish except for the bolt, magazine, magazine release, barrel band retaining spring, and screws, which are blued. Straight grained walnut stock & handguard, with an oil finish. This is a very early example with no markings, including no Miniart markings. Flip folding aperture rear sight, standard blade front sight with protective ears on each side. Sling swivel on the left side of the barrel band. Stamped steel buttplate. Includes three rounds of solid yellow brass dummy cartridges that will feed, chamber, extract, and eject when manually cycled through the action. There are some minor scratches on the top of the magazine where it has been installed & removed, otherwise this piece is in excellent near mint condition, I’d call it 99+%. There were very few of these made. From Joel Morrow’s personal collection. Included is a 1/2 scale dummy U.S. pineapple fragmentation grenade. The Helmet shown is no longer available and not included. Stock #s JM-110. JM-111 is SOLD. Price Reduced: $1,750.00.
