This is a 1/2 scale over/under combination rifle shotgun
by master miniature maker Ron DeWalt. 22 5/8" long overall with 14 1/2" barrels. The top barrel is a
rifle and looks to be about .18 caliber. The bottom barrel is a shotgun and looks to be about 30 caliber. If both
hammers are cocked, the single trigger is two stage, firing the lower shotgun barrel first, then with continued pulling,
firing the upper rifle barrel. Beautiful browned finish with gorgeous oil finished fiddleback maple stock. Two
hickory ramrods with brass tips are held on each side of the barrel by two steel ferrules each. Brass cap or patch box
inlaid into the right side of the buttstock. Brass dovetailed front sight and steel dovetailed rear sight. Brass
crescent buttplate. The makers name stamped into the bottom of the barrel. An interesting note is that the hammer
spring for the lower barrel is actually the trigger guard. Fully functional and well done!
